本文通过培训湖北成宁大幕乡28名乡村医生制作痰涂片,在因症就诊者中有呼吸系症状病人,采取留痰涂片送检的方式,三个月内发现菌阳29例。从而对农村肺结核病人被动发现方法进行了探讨。
In this paper, 28 rural doctors in Daibing Township, Chengning, Hubei Province made sputum smear, and patients with respiratory symptoms were selected from patients who suffered from respiratory symptoms due to their illness. Twenty-nine cases were found within three months. Thus the passive detection of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in rural areas was discussed.
