2Z2——1.25/130—150型循环机于一九七○年由杭州汽轮机厂设计,试制。同批产品共10台,分别在武义、瑞安、长兴、奉化、临安化肥厂使用。 该机结构型式为:立式、双例、单级、双作用。原设计为贯穿活塞杆,采用填充聚四氟乙烯元件的无油润滑。 该机于一九七一年按装开车,使用过程中填函泄漏严重,密封元件使用寿命极短,特别是顶部填函检修尤为频繁。为此,于七二年取去活塞顶部活塞杆及上部填函,以求减少维修量。并改用尼龙1010的Ⅴ型密封元件。
