《振动与冲击》杂志编辑部、北京东城区科普协会、北京东城区环保办公室和江苏沙洲机械防振器材厂于1983年5月9日～19日在北京联合举办了“隔振技术培训班”。济南市隔振协会理事长宋孔杰讲授了振动、冲击与噪声的隔离基础理论;《振动与冲击》杂志编委李雷讲授了减振、缓冲的基础知识和技巧;中科院力学研究所缪经良讲授了振动中的数学计算方法。结合理论学习,培训班还组织学员去北京汽车起动机厂实地解决冲床的冲击危害问题,利用沙洲防振器材
