高频宽带全向换能器是水声换能器研究的发展方向,PZT压电复合材料圆环既能够水平全向发射和接收水声信号,同时又使换能器的带宽得到扩展。利用ANASYS有限元仿真软件对2-2型压电复合材料圆环结构进行模态仿真,得到带宽和结构尺寸的关系曲线。在仿真模拟的基础上,形成设计方案,将压电陶瓷圆环沿轴向方向均匀切割,把环氧树脂浇注于切槽,经打磨和被覆电极,制成2-2型压电复合材料圆环。对压电复合材料圆环的压电和介电性能进行测试,结果为谐振频率388k Hz,带宽11.2k Hz,声阻抗18.05Mraly,相对介电常数859,声速3200m/s,d33常数480 p C/N,振动位移89.5pm。该压电复合材料圆环适合做水平全向宽带换能器。
High-frequency broadband omnidirectional transducer is the research direction of underwater acoustic transducers. The PZT piezoelectric composite ring can both transmit and receive underwater acoustic signals horizontally and at the same time extend the bandwidth of transducer. ANASYS finite element simulation software was used to simulate the structure of 2-2 piezoelectric composite circular ring structure, and the relationship between bandwidth and structure size was obtained. On the basis of the simulation, a design scheme is formed, the piezoelectric ceramic ring is uniformly cut along the axial direction, the epoxy resin is poured into the slot, and the 2-2 type piezoelectric composite circle is made by grinding and coating the electrodes ring. The piezoelectric and dielectric properties of the piezoelectric composite ring were tested and the results were a resonant frequency of 388k Hz, a bandwidth of 11.2k Hz, an acoustic impedance of 18.05Mraly, a relative dielectric constant of 859, a sound velocity of 3200m / s, a d33 constant of 480pC / N, vibration displacement of 89.5pm. The piezoelectric composite ring is suitable for horizontal omnidirectional broadband transducers.
