职业能力,是指学生从事某种职业必须具备的并在该职业活动中表现出来的多种能力的综合。对于聋生来讲,职业能力是指学生在其能力范围内所能从事的工作的基本技能和工作态度。下面我仅就基础教育阶段和职业教育阶段聋生职业能力的培养谈谈自己的浅见。
Professional ability refers to the combination of multiple abilities that a student must possess in performing certain occupations and is manifested in the professional activity. For deaf students, occupational ability refers to the basic skills and working attitude of students in what they can do within their abilities. Now I only talk about my humble opinion about the training of deaf students in basic education and vocational education.
