一、引言 在激光参量测试工作中,最常见的是激光器输出的能量、平均功率、激光放大器增益、分束器反射率及透射率等。以往是借助于量热法,即采用激光卡计(能量计、功率计)配以检流计读数,通过人工计算来测定。随着数字化技术的不断发展,又采用了前置放大器再配以数字式测量仪表进行测量,它虽较检流计读数测量有了很大改进,但也存在着成本高,通用性差,调试困难等问题。采用TP801单板微型计算机控制的激光偏振度测量装置,在软件设计上不仅考虑了偏振度的测量,同时也兼顾了能量、增益、反射率及透射率的测量,因此它是一种多功能测量装置。
