中国加气混凝土工业协会于去年11月上旬在武汉市硅酸盐制品厂召开了翻转式切割机组安装操作维护经验交流会。代表们充分肯定了武汉市硅酸盐制品厂解决坯体在吊运和翻转切割过程中不产生裂缝的经验。通过讨论,大家进一步认识到切割机的功能是切割加气混凝土坯体,两者是紧密联系而不可分割的,两者应该彼此互相适应。在设计切割机时应充分了解被切割坯体的性能,并考虑如何适应坯体性能的要求。反之,在研究配方时又应考虑如何使坯体性能尽可能适应切割机的性能。大家一致认为翻转式切割机组是我国自行设计自己制造的加气混凝土专
The Chinese aerated concrete industry association held an exchange meeting on the installation and maintenance of overturning cutting units in the silicate product factory in Wuhan in early November last year. The delegates fully affirmed the experience of Wuhan City’s Silicate Products Factory in solving the problem that the blanks did not produce cracks in the process of lifting and turning. Through discussion, we further realized that the function of the cutting machine is to cut the aerated concrete body. The two are closely related and inseparable, and the two should be adapted to each other. When designing the cutting machine, it is necessary to fully understand the performance of the blank being cut, and consider how to meet the requirements of the blank performance. Conversely, when studying formulations, consider how to make the properties of the green body as suitable as possible for the performance of the cutting machine. Everyone unanimously agreed that the overturning cutting unit is a type of aerated concrete designed by China itself.
