目的:建立一种基于催化动力曲线的尿碘测定方法。方法:消化后的试样加入2.5ml 0.1 mol/L亚砷酸和0.3 ml 0.076 mol/L硫酸铈铵溶液,定容混匀,纯水作为参比于420 nm波长下以1 s的频率记录100 s的催化动力曲线,计算logA-t曲线斜率,标准曲线法定量。结果:在0~1000μg/L范围内,尿碘浓度与logA-t曲线斜率的线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9987,方法检出限为12μg/L,样品测定相对标准偏差和加标回收率分别为0.32%~2.04%和93.9%~109%。结论:该法简便、快捷、准确和线性范围宽,可作为尿碘测定的方法之一。
Objective: To establish a urinary iodine determination method based on catalytic kinetic curve. Methods: After digestion, add 2.5 ml of 0.1 mol / L arsenic trioxide and 0.3 ml of 0.076 mol / L ammonium ceric sulfate solution, and dilute to volume. Pure water is recorded as a reference at a wavelength of 1 s at a wavelength of 420 nm 100 s catalytic dynamic curve, calculate the slope of the logA-t curve, the standard curve method for quantification. Results: In the range of 0 ~ 1000μg / L, the linear relationship between urinary iodine concentration and slope of logA-t curve was good with a correlation coefficient of 0.9987 and a detection limit of 12μg / L. The relative standard deviations 0.32% ~ 2.04% and 93.9% ~ 109%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and linear range can be used as one of the methods of determination of urinary iodine.
