栝楼(Trichosanthes kirilowii)的种子在中医用于消炎、止咳和祛痰。作者曾从其甲醇提取物的不皂化脂质部分分离鉴定了10个三萜和4个甾醇化合物。这些化合物对TPA诱导的小鼠耳部炎症具有显著的抑制活性。
The seeds of Trichosanthes kirilowii are used in traditional Chinese medicine for anti-inflammatory, cough and sputum. The authors isolated and identified 10 triterpenoids and 4 sterol compounds from the unsaponifiable lipid portion of their methanol extract. These compounds have significant inhibitory activity on TPA-induced mouse ear inflammation.
