通过分析辊锻机的工作原理及性能特点,建立了辊锻机工作部分的三维模型。应用有限元软件,采用线弹性和接触分析办法对自主研发的1250mm辊锻机工作部分进行整体有限元分析,综合考虑机架的变形和锻辊的变形,得出了辊锻机锻辊在辊锻过程中的位移分布,其中第3道次最大变形量最大,为1.7269mm。本文计算出了辊锻机的整体刚度,并与通常锻压机械的许用刚度对比得出,1250mm辊锻机的刚度刚度满足设计要求。
By analyzing the working principle and performance characteristics of the roll forging machine, a three-dimensional model of the working part of the roll forging machine is established. The finite element analysis software was used to analyze the working part of self-developed 1250mm roll forging machine using linear elasticity and contact analysis. Considering the deformation of the frame and the deformation of the forging roll, Displacement distribution in forging process, of which the third pass the largest deformation, 1.7269mm. In this paper, the overall stiffness of the roll forging machine is calculated and compared with the allowable stiffness of the forging machine, the stiffness of 1250mm roll forging machine meets the design requirements.
