社会的发展对小学英语教学不断提出新的要求,以学生发展为本的新一轮基础教育课程改革正推动着课堂教学方法改革和学生学习方式的改变。小学英语教育最重要的目的是培养小学生英语学习的兴趣和自信心,提高小学生的英语水平,然而传统的教学方法忽视了培养小学生英语实践能力的重要性,导致小学生的英语水平不容乐观,普遍存在英语基础偏差等现象,因此,采取多元化的策略,提升小学生的英语水平迫在眉睫。
The development of society constantly puts forward new requirements for English teaching in primary schools. The new round of curriculum reform based on student development is driving the reform of classroom teaching methods and the change of students’ learning styles. The primary purpose of primary school English education is to cultivate the interest and confidence of primary school students in English learning and improve the English level of primary school students. However, the traditional teaching methods neglect the importance of cultivating primary school students ’practical ability in English, resulting in the unsatisfactory level of primary school students’ English proficiency and ubiquity English basic deviation and other phenomena, therefore, to adopt a wide range of strategies to improve pupils English proficiency is imminent.
