采用脾集落形成法(Spleen colony assay,SCA),研究了人参总皂甙和三七总皂甙对小鼠造血干细胞的影响.实验证明,人参总皂甙10mg/kg腹腔注射,能明显增强三尖杉酯碱对小鼠骨髓有核细胞和多能造血干细胞(CFU-S)的杀伤作用.相同剂量和相同给药方案的三七总皂甙则无明显增强三尖杉酯碱对造血干细胞的杀伤作用
Spleen colony assay (SCA) was used to study the effects of ginsenosides and Panax notoginseng saponins on hematopoietic stem cells in mice. Experiments showed that ginsenoside 10 mg/kg intraperitoneal injection can significantly enhance harringtonine. Alkali killing effect on mouse bone marrow nucleated cells and pluripotent hematopoietic stem cells (CFU-S). The same dosage and the same dosing regimen of Panax notoginseng did not significantly enhance the killing effect of harringtonine on hematopoietic stem cells.
