樊崇义,1940年生,河南内乡人;现任国家重点研究基地中国政法大学诉讼法学研究院名誉主任、教授、博士研究生导师,享受突出贡献政府津贴;兼任中国检察学会副会长,中国行为法学研究会副会长、侦查行为研究会会长,中国法学会刑事诉讼法学研究会顾问、刑事专业委员会委员,最高人民检察院专家咨询委员会委员,中纪委咨询委员会委员,北京市诉讼法学会副会长等社会职务。
FAN Chong-yi, born in 1940 in Henan Province, is a native of Henan Province. Now he is honorary director, professor and doctoral tutor of the Institute of Procedural Law of China University of Political Science and Law, and is entitled to the government subsidy for outstanding contributions. He is also the vice president of China Prosecution Association and the Chinese act law study Vice President, President of Investigative Behavior Association, Consultant of Criminal Procedure Law Research Society of China Law Society, member of Criminal Professional Committee, member of Expert Advisory Committee of Supreme People’s Procuratorate, member of Advisory Committee of Central Discipline Inspection Commission, vice president of Beijing Municipal Litigation Law Society Social position.
