人的一生能有几个十五年?这也许并不是最重要的,重要的是在这一个又一个的十五年周期中,你经历了什么,领悟了什么?奉献了多少,又收获了多少?工匠、手艺人的十五年,在一砖一瓦、一凿一砌间尽精微,而教师的十五年似乎要短促许多,他们面对的是一个又一个、一届又一届的孩子,他们的责任使命是指引孩子前行的方向,点亮孩子远航的灯塔,为孩子的成长筑梦。那么,十五年的教书生涯对于教师的成长究竟意味着什么呢?是清浅
Can a person’s life last for fifteen years? This may not be the most important thing. What is important is what you experienced, what you learned, what you devoted to, and what you have gained in this one-by-one fifteen-year cycle. How many? The fifteen years of craftsmen and craftsmen are subtly between bricks, tiles and bricks, and the fifteen years of teachers seem to be much shorter. They face one after another, one after another.
