对活动性肺结核患者43例,健康对照组25例,分别测定静脉血淋巴细胞DNA修复能力、淋巴细胞转化能力。结果(x±s),肺结核组患者淋巴细胞DNA修复能力为223.32±109.92cpm,淋巴细胞转化能力为9001.71±5878.43cpm。肺结核组明显低于健康对照组(P<0.01~0.05)。随着淋巴细胞DNA修复能力下降,淋巴细胞转化能力下降,呈正相关(r=0.42),P<0.05)
Forty-three patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis and 25 healthy controls were enrolled in this study. DNA repair capacity and lymphocyte transformation ability of venous blood lymphocytes were measured. Results (x ± s), lymphocyte DNA repair capacity of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis was 223.32 ± 109.92cpm, lymphocyte transformation ability was 9001.71 ± 5878.43cpm. Tuberculosis group was significantly lower than the healthy control group (P <0.01 ~ 0.05). With the decrease of lymphocyte DNA repair ability, the ability of lymphocyte transformation decreased, there was a positive correlation (r = 0.42), P <0.05)
