目的:探寻团队管理模式在护理工作中的应用效果。方法:分析并抽取本院近年急诊科收治的患者作为研究对象,均分为两组一组采用基础护理,另一组则加以团队管理模式护理,对比两组患者接受护理后的满意率。结果:试验组的满意率高达98.33%,而对照组满意率仅为86.67%,两组间的差异显著,具有统计学意义。结论:利用团队管理模式规避了医疗纠纷,拉近了医患之间的关系。
Objective: To explore the application effect of team management mode in nursing work. Methods: The patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital in recent years were analyzed and drawn. All patients were divided into two groups and one group was treated with basic nursing. The other group was treated with team management mode. The satisfaction rates of the two groups after receiving nursing were compared. Results: The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was as high as 98.33%, while the satisfaction rate of the control group was only 86.67%. The difference between the two groups was significant and statistically significant. Conclusion: The use of team management to avoid medical disputes, narrowing the relationship between doctors and patients.
