《建设社会主义思想道德体系》是2004年中宣部的特别重大委托项目,并且列入2004年国家社会科学基金的特别重大项目。该特别重大项目下设若干子课题。杜钢建教授受中宣部委托承担主持其中2项子课题的研究:《社会主义思想道德体系实施的运行机制》与《社会主义思想道德体系的基本内容》。课题主持人组织了汕头大学、浙江省社会科学院、浙江师范大学等单位的专家学者进行了研究。本文是在该课题研究的基础上完成的。
The “Building a Socialist Ideological and Moral System” was a particularly major commissioned project of the Central Propaganda Department in 2004 and was included in the 2004 major special project of the National Social Science Fund. There are several sub-topics under this special major project. Professor Du Gangang was commissioned by the Central Propaganda Department to undertake research on two of the sub-topics: “the operational mechanism for the implementation of the socialist ideological and moral system” and “the basic content of the socialist ideological and moral system.” The moderator organized the experts and scholars from Shantou University, Zhejiang Academy of Social Sciences and Zhejiang Normal University to conduct a research. This article is based on the study of the subject completed.
