①1996年4月2日,中国少年先锋队全国工作委员会批准筹建中国少年军校总校,同年4月28日筹建办公室挂牌。②1996年6月11日,第一届全国少年军校工作研讨会在北京召开,长期工作在一线的76位少年军校工作者欢聚一堂交流经验。③1996年10月8日,第一届全国少年军校检阅式在北京举行,中共中央政治局委员、中央军委副主席、国务委员兼国防部长迟浩田上将出席检阅式并发表讲话,16省(区)的16所少年军(警)校组队参加。
1 On April 2, 1996, the National Juvenile Vanguard National Working Committee approved the establishment of the China Junior Military Academy. On April 28th the same year, the office was set up. 2 On June 11, 1996, the first National Juvenile Military School Workshop was held in Beijing. 76 juvenile military academy workers who had worked long-term in the field gathered together to share their experiences. 3 On October 8, 1996, the first national juvenile military school review was held in Beijing. The CPC Central Committee Politburo member, Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission, State Councilor and Defense Minister General Chi Haotian attended the review and delivered a speech, 16 provinces (regions) 16 junior military (police) school teams participated.
