目的 探讨肝脏在肾病综合征低白蛋白血症和高脂血症发生机制中的作用。方法 观察肝脏、肾脏被阿霉素同时或分别作用后 ,大鼠血浆白蛋白和血脂水平变化。结果 双肾用阿霉素大量蛋白尿 (B)组、肝脏用阿霉素 (C)组血浆白蛋白较正常 (D)组降低 ,但其降低的程度远低于经典肾病 (A)组 (P <0 .0 1)。B组血总胆固醇和甘油三酯较D组升高 (P<0 .0 1)。C组甘油三酯和载脂蛋白 -A较D组升高 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 致病因子对肝脏的直接作用导致肝脏生理功能的改变 ,可能与阿霉素肾病低白蛋白高脂血症的发生有关
Objective To investigate the role of liver in the pathogenesis of hypoalbuminemia and hyperlipidemia in nephrotic syndrome. Methods The levels of plasma albumin and serum lipids in the liver and kidney were observed after adriamycin was added simultaneously or separately. Results Compared with normal group (D), plasma albumin level of doxorubicin in kidneys was lower than that in normal group (D), but the degree of decrease was much lower than that of classical renal disease (A) group P <0 .0 1). Blood total cholesterol and triglyceride in group B were higher than those in group D (P <0.01). C group triglyceride and apolipoprotein-A increased compared with D group (P <0.01). Conclusion The direct effect of pathogenic factors on the liver leads to the change of physiological function of the liver, which may be related to the occurrence of low albumin hyperlipidemia
