对冠心病人心脏功能的全面了解,尤其是左室舒张功能的改变,正受到临床的关注。本文研究的目的是利用脉冲超声多普勒技术测量39例冠心病人二尖瓣血流频谱,以探讨无创伤评价冠心病人左室舒张功能的实用意义。 材料与方法 对象为39例(男33,女6)冠心病患者,平均年龄62.7(48～78)岁,符合WHO的诊断标准,临床上无心衰表现。其中陈旧性心肌梗塞6例,另有4例合并高血压(190～170/100～110Hg),2例合并不完全右束枝传导阻滞,1例合并糖尿病,均经超声心动图检查证实无瓣膜狭窄及返流。同时选择严均年龄47.9(25～
A comprehensive understanding of cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease, especially changes in left ventricular diastolic function, is being clinically concerned. The purpose of this study is to use pulse Doppler ultrasound technique to measure mitral flow in 39 patients with coronary heart disease in order to explore the practical significance of noninvasive evaluation of left ventricular diastolic function in patients with coronary heart disease. Materials and Methods Subjects were 39 patients (33 males and 6 females) with coronary heart disease, with an average age of 62.7 (48-78) years, which met the diagnostic criteria of WHO and had no clinical manifestations of heart failure.
