1984—1986年在豫南中、低产地区的砂姜黑土上,进行了氮、磷六水平和氮、磷、有机肥三因素五水平配合施用的田间试验。结果表明:籽粒的蛋白质、蛋白氮、赖氨酸、干面筋含量和沉淀值,在有机肥或磷肥的基础上均与施氮量呈显著的正相关,并且以亩施氮16公斤的最高,而与磷和有机肥的相关性较弱。然而淀粉含量与施磷量呈正相关,与氮的相关性不显著(r=-0.458)。除淀粉以外,其余的营养品质达到最高含量时的施氮量均比最高产量的施氮量较高(4公斤/亩)。
