引起土壤侵蚀的因素是多方面的,自然因素只是潜在因子,而人类对自然的过度干预或破坏,则是造成福建省土壤侵蚀的主要原因。严重的土壤侵蚀,是福建省经济发展的最大障碍。本文提出土壤侵蚀的防治措施有:制定能调动群众治山、造林种草积极性的“惠民政策”;开展以小流域为单元,采取因地制宜综合治理的措施;发展多样性农村能源;加强科学研究,提高综合治理水平。
Soil erosion caused by many factors, natural factors is only a potential factor, and human over-intervention or destruction of nature, is the main cause of soil erosion in Fujian Province. Severe soil erosion is the biggest obstacle to economic development in Fujian Province. In this paper, we put forward some measures to prevent and control soil erosion such as: formulating the “Huimin Policy” that can mobilize the masses to manage the mountains and afforest the forests and grasslands; carrying out the measures of using the small basins as a unit to take measures to local conditions and comprehensively control the development of diversified rural energy sources; strengthening scientific research, Improve the level of comprehensive management.
