啦啦队是一项世界范围内的现代体育运动,它以其朝气、活力、热情的显著特点成为运动助威中最常见的一种舞蹈形式,是力与美的完美结合,是团队精神的高度体现。文章运用文献资料研究法、访谈法等探究啦啦队运动对大学生心理健康的促进作用,通过研究发现:啦啦队运动丰富的内容、适应性强、健身性原则和表演艺术,对大学生增强自信,克服自卑心理,促进个体与社会的协调,提高人际交往的能力,实现自我价值等方面有良好的促进作用。在学校中普及啦啦队运动对于提高大学生心理健康具有重要意义。
