“民-汉-英”双语教育是自英语进入我国民族教育原有的“民-汉”双语教育体制后出现的新兴的教学形态。我国从20世纪90年代开始在民族地区少数民族学校实施“民-汉-英”双语教育,现已成为民族学校教学活动的重要形式。本文在广义的双语教育范畴中讨论“民一汉一英”双语教育概念并对“民-汉-英”双语教育概念进行辨析。在此基础上,以内蒙古地区民族学校为例,分析“蒙-汉-英”双语教育面临的现实困境与问题。
“Civil - Han - English ” Bilingual education is a new teaching form that emerges since English entered the original “people - han” bilingual education system in our national education. Since the 90s of the 20th century, the implementation of bilingual education of “Min-Han-Ying” in minority ethnic schools in minority areas has become an important form of teaching activities in ethnic schools. This paper discusses the concept of “civil oneness one English” bilingual education in the broad sense of bilingual education and analyzes the concept of “civil - Chinese - English” bilingual education. On the basis of this, taking the ethnic schools in Inner Mongolia as an example, this paper analyzes the practical difficulties and problems faced by the “Mongol - Han - English” bilingual education.
