1982～1989年我院采用开胸及非开胸胃代食管吻合术治疗60岁以上食管癌222例,围术期于手术室及监护室内死亡11例,报告如下。临床资料本组男150例,女70例,年龄60～78岁,其中70岁以上14例。本组150例(67.5％)术前有程度不同的吞咽困难,合并心肺疾患者59例(26.4%)。其中死于术后肺炎、肺不张者5例,急性心肌梗塞1例,肺动脉栓塞1例,气管撕裂引起肺窘迫1例,急性循环虚脱1例,脑血管意外2例。
From 1982 to 1989, 222 patients with esophageal cancer over the age of 60 were treated with thoracotomy and non-thorax gastric bypass esophageal anastomosis. Eleven patients died during the perioperative period in the operating room and intensive care unit. The report is as follows. Clinical data The group of 150 males and 70 females, aged 60 to 78 years old, of which 14 years old over the age of 70 cases. In this group, 150 patients (67.5%) had different degree of dysphagia before operation, and 59 patients (26.4%) had cardiopulmonary diseases. Among them, 5 died of postoperative pneumonitis and pulmonary atelectasis, 1 of acute myocardial infarction, 1 of pulmonary embolism, 1 case of pulmonary distress caused by tracheal tear, 1 case of acute circulatory collapse, and 2 cases of cerebrovascular accident.
