胃类癌是罕见的肿瘤。至1977年国外文献约有101例报道;国内到83年止仅20例报道。本文报告胃类癌5例,并结合文献复习讨论有关问题。临床资料年龄性别及病程:本组最低年龄为53岁,最高年龄65岁,平均为59岁。男性4例女性1例病程长短不一,最长:20年,最短半年。临床表现:表现为上腹部不适、疼痛、烧灼感,食欲减退,恶心和呕吐,黑便等症状。有二例在上腹部可触及肿物,3例仅表现上腹部有轻度压痛。术前3例临床诊断为胃癌,2例诊断为胃溃疡恶变。本组未发现合并类癌综合症者。
Gastric carcinoids are rare tumors. In 1977, there were about 101 reports of foreign documents; in China, only 20 cases were reported in 83 years. This article reports 5 cases of gastric carcinoids and discusses related issues by reviewing the literature. Clinical data Age, sex and disease course: The minimum age of the group was 53 years old and the highest age was 65 years old, with an average of 59 years old. In 4 males, 1 female had a different duration of illness. The longest was 20 years and the shortest half year. Clinical manifestations: manifested as upper abdominal discomfort, pain, burning sensation, loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting, black stool and other symptoms. There were two cases of palpable masses in the upper abdomen, and only three cases showed mild tenderness in the upper abdomen. Before surgery, 3 cases were diagnosed as gastric cancer, and 2 cases were diagnosed as gastric ulcer malignant transformation. No patients with carcinoid syndrome were found in this group.
