作者使用BC_(369)这种复合生物物质,对多种小鼠的移植性肿瘤,进行了抗肿瘤作用和动物毒理学的试验研究,证实对肿瘤具有抑制生长和杀伤作用,对机体无明显的毒副作用。一年多来,作者采用BC_(369)制剂试治25例Ⅲ期原发性肝癌,从临床资料分析表明,有一定的治疗效果。完全缓解(CR)2例,部分缓解(PR)10例,总缓解率(CR+PR率)48.0%。随访20例,平均生存期10~(1/2)个月,中位生存期10个月,治后半年生存率68.5%,治后一年生存率36.85%。结果提示新型生物抗癌制剂BC_(369)能够延长晚期肝癌病人的生存时间和提高生存质量。
