雄性大鼠给予维甲酸[70mg/(kg·d)×14d]灌服造成骨质疏松模型.同时灌服低、中、高剂量(0.5、1.0、2.0g/kg)蚝贝钙,阳性对照组分别灌服盖天力(325mg/kg)和乳酸钙(2.5g/kg),阴性对照组灌服蒸馏水。各组均给药14d。结果表明维甲酸能使股骨缩短,硬度降低.重量减轻(P均<0.001),如同时服用蚝贝钙则可防止这种变化,并呈量效关系,血清钙亦同时提高浓度。
Male rats were given retinoic acid [70mg/(kg·d) × 14d] fed osteoporosis model. At the same time, low-, medium-, and high-dose (0.5, 1.0, and 2.0 g/kg) mussels were administered to calcium, and the positive control group was fed with lidutin (325 mg/kg) and calcium lactate (2.5 g/kg), respectively. The negative control group was fed with distilled water. All groups were administered for 14 days. The results showed that retinoic acid can shorten the femur and decrease the hardness. Weight loss (P all < 0.001), such as taking mussels calcium at the same time can prevent this change, and show a dose-effect relationship, serum calcium also increased concentration.
