Liaoning Tele-consultation System Opens Recently, the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University, the pilot unit of Liaoning Medical Reform, signed a collaboration agreement with Haicheng Central Hospital. As the 10th collaborative hospital in the First Hospital of Medical University, Haicheng Collaborative Hospital was formally launched.
