医药卫生事业关系亿方人民的健康,关系千家万户的幸福,是重天民生问题。深化医药卫生体制改革,加快医药卫生事业发展,适应人民群众日益增长的医药卫生需求,不断提高人民群众健康素质,是贯彻落实科学发展观、促进经济社会全面协调可持续发展的必然要求。各地方只有在坚守医改原则的前提下,推动医疗服务、医疗保障、公共卫生服务、药品保障四大体系的发展,才能够最终确保医改目标的顺利实现。
The medical and health care related to the health of billions of people and the happiness of thousands of families is a matter of the people’s livelihood. Deepening the reform of the medical and health system, accelerating the development of the medical and health undertakings, adapting to the growing medical and health needs of the people, and continuously improving the quality of people’s health are the inevitable requirements for implementing the scientific concept of development and promoting the coordinated and sustainable development of the economy and society. Only by adhering to the principle of medical reform, can local governments eventually promote the development of the four major systems of medical services, medical care, public health services, and drug coverage, and ultimately ensure the smooth realization of the goal of medical reform.
