Objective To study the effect of hiccough on eso phageal function and its significance for providing information on clin ic work.Methods Simultaneously monitoring the acid and the bile of esophageal on the pati ents with hiccough,and then we observe the esophageal mucus and its tissue constructer of patients with hiccough under endosco pes .In the same way,we observe the health man that is a control group.Then compared with them.Results We observed the hiccough could cause gastric esophsgeal reflux disease(GERD).The contence of acid and bile in the esophageal of patients wi th hiccough were increased ,the mucu s and function were injured.Conclusion The hiccough can cause the GERD and the injury the mucus and the f unction of patients with hiccough .T he reason of hiccough is connected wi th inflammation,tumor and the diseases of central system(CNS).
