笔者在一次区秘书会之余征订1986年度的《湖南档案》。有个别同志强调经费紧缺,说订着没有作用。而多数同志不赞成这种看法。田坪区张秘书说:“不是订着没有用,而是有的订了不去用它,把它锁在抽屉里。我和几个乡秘书都是新手,去年整理原公社档案,除了县档案局指导外,就是靠《湖南档案》当参谋。”还有几个同志说,《湖南档案》内容还是丰富的,作用不小,但望今后充实秘书工作和基层、专业档案工作方面的文章,使之真正成为广大秘书、档案工作者的良师益友。
