我国日趋严重的老龄化问题给经济社会带来了挑战,如何应对老龄化问题已成为重要的课题。吉登斯的老年人福利主张启示我们要积极利用老年人自身的力量,推行弹性退休制度,充分利用老年人力资源。
The increasingly serious problem of aging in our country poses a challenge to economy and society and how to deal with the problem of aging has become an important issue. Giddens’s old-age welfare doctrine suggests that we should make active use of the strength of the elderly themselves, introduce an elastic retirement system and make full use of the resources of the elderly.
