结节病是一种少见病,侵犯神经系统更为少见,约占其总发病数的5～9％,现将我们所见1例报告如下。一、病例报告男,30岁,干部,住院号0483307。因皮肤反复出现结节7年,双下肢发麻、无力2年,于1989年4月8日入院,病员于7年前无明显诱因全身皮肤多处出现红色结节,分布于面、四肢及躯干,微隆起、质硬,直径0.5～1cm,不痒、触痛,经对症治疗1月后结节消退,仅留浅褐色斑,类似情况每年约一次,其间曾先后两次小腿皮肤活检。病理检查证实为结节病。
