Since the Hunan Tobacco Commercial Logistics Integrated Management and Control System project was approved on February 21, 2014, the project management team has carried out in-depth and detailed requirements research in line with the purpose of “starting from the actual work and providing services for production and operation”. On the basis of compiling the requirements specification of our province’s property management system and setting up a prototype of the system, we carried out research on the status quo and requirements of logistics information construction in various cities and state companies; the project team focused on the development trend of information technology and paid attention to the introduction of mature and cutting-edge materials. Networking technology, with the goal of building a “widely perceived, full-viewable, full-line controllable, full-staffed” logistics information system, and strives for
