2003年5月20日,《南水北调中线一期工程总干渠石家庄～北拒马河段可行性研究报告预审会》在武汉召开。 会议由南水北调中线一期工程设计总工程师、长江水利委员会设计院院长助理谢向荣主持,长江水利委员会设计院副院长刘志明、河北省南水北调工程办公室主任耿六成分别致辞。长江水利委员会调水办、长江水利委员会设计院、水文局、水资源保护局以及河北省南水北调工程办公室、河北省勘测设计研究院等单位领导、专家和工程技术人员约60余人参加了会议。图①②③
May 20, 2003, “the first phase of the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Shijiazhuang ~ North Juma section feasibility study report pre-trial” held in Wuhan. The meeting was presided over by Xie Xiangrong, chief engineer of the first phase of the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project and assistant to president of Yangtze River Water Conservancy Commission Design Institute. Liu Zhiming, vice president of Yangtze River Water Conservancy Commission Design Institute, and Geng Liucheng, director of South-North Water Diversion Project Office of Hebei Province delivered speeches respectively. More than 60 leaders, experts and engineering technicians from the Water Regulation Office of Yangtze River Water Conservancy Commission, Design Institute of Yangtze River Water Conservancy Commission, Bureau of Hydrology, Water Resources Protection Bureau, Hebei Provincial South-North Water Diversion Project Office and Hebei Survey and Design Institute attended the meeting.
