春耕生產最緊張的季節已經到來了,這是一年農业生產最重要的關鍵,同時也是與工業生產有密切開聯的季節,因此各地從現在起,必須把工作中心轉移到春耕生產上而來。本來從今年二月间以來,我們就號召加强春耕生產領導,我們所做的工作,如剿匪、反霸、減租退租、救災、治水及公佈各種政策以穩定各階層生產情緒等,這些都是為春耕生產作准備的。但應該知道,春耕到來,又有其獨特工作,要求我們領導廣大羣衆來開展一個春耕生產運動。因此各地政府機關與人民團體應把這一運動成為壓倒一切的中心任務,應把它擺列識事日程的第一位。要堅决糾正與防止認爲羣衆自己懂得生產,用不着我們領導,及認為新區羣衆無基礎,春耕運動不可能開展等等的錯誤想法。
