细胞凋亡在生长发育和疾病的发生发展中起着重要作用。细胞以凋亡方式主动“自杀”对维持机体自身的稳定有积极的生理意义。但是,凋亡规律失常也会导致机体肿瘤和疾病的发生。本文着重介绍了近年来细胞凋亡相关基因的研究进展及其在神经系统病变中的作用。
Apoptosis plays an important role in the growth and development of disease. Active apoptosis of cells to “suicide” to maintain the body’s own stability has a positive physiological significance. However, the abnormal regulation of apoptosis can also lead to the occurrence of body tumors and diseases. This article focuses on the research progress of apoptosis related genes in recent years and its role in the nervous system diseases.
