通过检测偏头痛患者血清中肿瘤坏死因子α(tumornecrosisfac-tor-α,TNF-α)的含量,探讨其与偏头痛发病的关系。方法 50例病程1年以上、无用激素及免疫抑制剂的偏头痛患者和20例神经衰弱患者及20名正常对照者抽血后,用放射免疫分析法测定血清中TNF-α的含量。结果 偏头痛患者血清中TNF-α水平显著高于神经衰弱患者(P<0.01)及正常对照组(P<0.01);偏头痛患者发作期血清TNF-α水平高于间歇期(P<0.05);有先兆偏头痛患者与无先兆患者血清TNF-α水平差别不显著(P>0.05);女性偏头痛患者血清TNF-α水平高于男性(P<0.05);不同年龄段患者血清TNF-α水平无差别(P>0.05)。结论TNF-α与偏头痛发病有关系,可能是引起偏头痛发作的原因。
The level of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) in the serum of migraineurs was detected to investigate the relationship between migraine and migraine. Methods Fifty patients with migraine who were treated with steroid and immunosuppressive agents for 20 years and 20 patients with neurasthenia and 20 normal controls were enrolled in this study. The levels of TNF-α in serum were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of serum TNF-α in patients with migraine were significantly higher than those in patients with neurasthenic (P <0.01) and normal controls (P <0.01). The levels of serum TNF-α in patients with migraine were significantly higher than those in patients with intermittent (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in serum TNF-α levels between patients with and without aura (P> 0.05). The level of serum TNF-α in migraine women was higher than that in men (P <0.05) ). Serum levels of TNF-α in different age groups had no difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion The relationship between TNF-α and migraine may be the cause of migraine.
