我社位于泰莱平原,全社共有耕地5.6万亩,其中粮田4.5万亩,主要粮食作物是小麦、玉米、地瓜。自1970年全国北方地区农业会议以来,公社党委带领全社干部、群众,以阶级斗争为纲,坚持党的基本路线,深入开展“农业学大寨”运动,努力改变生产条件,改革耕作制度,实行三种三收,粮食产量有了大幅度增长。1972年粮食亩产过“长江”,1975年闯过了千斤关,亩产1,119斤,1976年达到1,393斤。其中粮粮间作三种三收
