本文通过分析股份制与现代商品经济的关系和股份制与社会主义生产方式的关系,对股份制的内涵、规则、结构、功能及在杜会主义条件下如何运用股份制等问题做了论述。丈章认为,股份制是一种发展商品经济的优化所有制形式。杜会主义已经发展到了由古典阶段向现代阶段过渡的时期,唯有通过运用股份制这一现代文明成果,才能达到自己的目的。文章还对杜会主义股份制的理论构想做了描述。
By analyzing the relationship between shareholding system and modern commodity economy and the relationship between shareholding system and socialist mode of production, this article discusses the connotation, rules, structure and function of the shareholding system and how to use the shareholding system under the socialist condition. Zhang Zhang believes that joint-stock system is an optimized form of ownership for the development of commodity economy. Socialist society has already reached a period of transition from the classical stage to the modern one. Only through the application of the modern civilized achievements of the shareholding system can its own ends be achieved. The article also describes the theoretical conception of the socialist stock system.
