目的掌握血吸虫病疫情动态,为制订防治策略和考核防治效果提供依据。方法按《全国血吸虫病监测方案》的方法,于2005年开始对仁寿县志气村国家级监测点开展血吸虫病疫情监测。结果 2005年、2006年人群血吸虫病感染率分别为0.53%、1.17%,2007-2012年未检出血吸虫感染者;仅在2005年检出2头血吸虫感染耕牛;有螺面积从2005年的29 770 m2下降到2012年的340 m2,残存钉螺主要分布在水田、沟渠。结论监测点疫情总体呈下降趋势,但血吸虫病流行因素未根本改变,疫情易反弹;今后做好传染源的管理,加大灭螺力度,以进一步降低血吸虫病流行水平。
Objective To understand the epidemic situation of schistosomiasis and provide basis for formulating prevention and control strategies and evaluating the effect of prevention and treatment. Methods According to the “National Schistosomiasis Surveillance Program” approach, the epidemic situation of schistosomiasis was started in 2005 at the national monitoring point of Zhitong Village, Renshou County. Results The prevalence rates of schistosomiasis in population in 2005 and 2006 were 0.53% and 1.17%, respectively. No schistosomiasis was detected in 2007-2012. Only 2 schistosomiasis-infected cattle were detected in 2005; 29,770 m2 dropped to 340 m2 in 2012, residual snails were mainly distributed in paddy fields and ditches. Conclusions The epidemic situation of monitoring sites generally shows a downward trend. However, the epidemic factors of schistosomiasis are not fundamentally changed and the epidemic situation is easy to rebound. In the future, the source of infection will be managed and the intensity of snail control will be increased to further reduce the prevalence of schistosomiasis.
