山东省平阴县是我国著名的玫瑰之乡,据有关史料推断,平阴玫瑰始植于唐代,距今已有1300多年历史,平阴玫瑰花大瓣厚,色艳味浓,品质优异,闻名中外。1 经济价值玫瑰具有较高的药用价值,玫瑰花的药用在我国已有2000年的历史,正如张天雷在其名著《本草正义》中所述:“玫瑰花香气最浓,清而不浊,和而不猛,柔肝醒胃,行气和血,芳香诸品,殆无其匹”。现代药理分析,玫瑰含挥发油、香茅醇、橙花醇、丁香油酚、苯乙醇,还含有脂肪油、有机酸、红色素、β—胡萝卜素、氨基酸及多种维生素和微量元素。玫瑰花性味甘,微苦而温。药性温和,温而不燥,疏而不伤阴,在临床上有着广泛的用途。
