‘蒙薯21号’是呼伦贝尔市农业科学研究所以‘呼8209’为母本,‘内薯7号’为父本杂交选育而成的高淀粉马铃薯新品种。该品种生育期115~120 d,中晚熟。薯块椭圆形,黄皮白肉,商品薯率70%以上。生产示范试验平均产量28 545 kg/hm~2。干物质含量23.47%,淀粉含量17.70%,还原糖含量0.29%,粗蛋白含量2.40%,维生素C含量15.40 mg/100g鲜薯。抗PVX、PVY病毒,抗晚疫病。该品种适宜在内蒙古呼伦贝尔地区、乌兰浩特地区以及黑龙江、吉林等北方一季作区种植。
’Mengshu 21’ is a new high-starch potato variety selected from the cross of Huadongren Institute of Agricultural Sciences using ’8209’ as its female parent and ’Inner potato 7’ as its male parent. The variety of growth period of 115 ~ 120 d, the late-maturing. Potato oval, yellow white meat, potato products more than 70%. The average output of demonstration in production is 28 545 kg / hm ~ 2. Dry matter content of 23.47%, starch content of 17.70%, reducing sugar content of 0.29%, crude protein content of 2.40%, vitamin C content of 15.40 mg / 100g fresh potato. Anti-PVX, PVY virus, late blight resistance. The variety is suitable for planting in Inner Mongolia Hulun Buir area, Wulanhaote area and Heilongjiang, Jilin and other northern season.
