试验研究了杭州地区气候条件下,不同小麦品种的库源关系特征及籽粒产量的限制因素. 结果表明, 小麦籽粒产量受源的限制. 在产量因素中, 粒重易受籽粒生长期库源关系变化的影响, 改善光合同化物的供应可使粒重增加, 来自小穗不同部位小花的籽粒对库源关系变化的反应存在着明显差异.经处理提高库源比后, 小穗基部第一和第二小花籽粒的增重幅度大于小穗第三和第四小花籽粒的增重幅度.同时, 当源强度经处理相对加强时, 来自于基部和中部小穗的籽粒增重幅度大于顶部小穗籽粒.品种间在粒数/叶面积比和粒重/叶面积比方面表现出差异, 两种粒/叶比之间表现出正相关关系. 在同一品种内, 当库源关系经处理改变后, 两种粒/叶比仍维持正相关关系.
The relationship between the source and the sink of different wheat cultivars and the limiting factors of grain yield were studied under the climatic conditions in Hangzhou area. The results showed that wheat grain yield was limited by the source. In the yield factors, grain weight was easily affected by changes in the source and sink of grains during grain growth. Improving the supply of photosynthetic compounds could increase the grain weight. There was a significant difference in the response of kernels from different parts of spikelets . After treatment to improve the ratio of the source to the source, the weight gain of the first and the second floret grains at the base of the spikelet was greater than that of the third and the fourth florets of the spikelet. At the same time, grain weight gains from the basal and middle spikelets were greater than those of the top spikelet grains when the source intensity was relatively enhanced. Varieties showed differences in grain number / leaf area ratio and grain weight / leaf area ratio, showing a positive correlation between the two grain / leaf ratios. In the same variety, when the relationship between source and sink was changed, the two kinds of grain / leaf ratio still maintained a positive correlation.
