教育是一项复杂的系统工程,教师所面对的劳动对象是具有复杂心理特征的人。根据教育对象的本质特征,教师所追求的应该是触及心灵的教育,这样才能使教育效果最大化,也才能使教育对象受益最大化。教师只有在教育实践中不断关注学生心理变化的外在表现,以及个性心理的外化,不断地进行研究分析,才能发现共性特质,提出解决问题的办法。
Education is a complex systematic project, and teachers are faced with people with complex psychological characteristics. According to the essential characteristics of the object of education, teachers should seek spiritual education, so as to maximize the effectiveness of education and to maximize the benefits of the educational target. Only when teachers are paying close attention to the external manifestation of psychological changes of students and the externalization of individual psychology in the practice of education can they find the common traits and propose the solutions to the problems.
