针对广泛用于 30 0 MW及以上大容量火电机组锅炉鼓、引风机的动 (静 )叶调节轴流通风机 ,结合其性能特点 ,提出一种基于高精度性能模型的轴流通风机性能在线监测新方法。运用该方法可方便地实现轴流通风机流量、全压等大管径条件下不易准确测量参数的在线监测 ,并通过这些运行参数与风机实际性能曲线的结合实现轴流通风机喘振故障的实时预报。基于该方法研制轴流式锅炉鼓、引风机运行工况在线监视系统 ,对提高轴流式鼓、引风机 ,锅炉甚至整个机组运行的安全经济性具有重要意义
Aiming at the dynamic (static) leaf-regulated axial flow fan which is widely used in the boiler drum and induced draft fan of large-capacity thermal power units of 30 0 MW and above, the performance of axial flow fan based on high-precision performance model Monitor new methods.
