本文在金属V-带推块型CVT上,测出了主、从动带轮的传递转矩和推力以及两带轮间的轴向力。绘出了不同速比下主、从动带轮间相对于转矩比的推力比线图并作相互比较。发现推力比与速比几乎和带轮转速及正常转矩下的最大可传递的转矩无关,该推力比是速比的函数,它和转矩比及推块与带轮间的摩擦系数有关。还导出了带轮推力经验平衡方程式,该式以显函数形式表示。它可以简化并可适用于电控CVT。
In this paper, on the metal V-belt push-block CVT, the transmission torque and thrust of the main and driven pulleys and the axial force between the two pulleys are measured. Draw the thrust ratio diagram of the ratio between the main pulley and the driven pulley with respect to the torque ratio at different speed ratios and compare them with each other. The thrust ratio is found to be independent of the maximum transferable torque at the pulley speed and the normal torque, which is a function of the speed ratio and is related to the torque ratio and the friction coefficient between the push block and the pulley . An empirical balance equation of the pulley thrust is also derived, which is expressed as a explicit function. It can be simplified and suitable for electronically controlled CVT.
