当前,我国正处于社会转型期、矛盾凸显期,群众利益和诉求多元、观念多样,需要我们深入群众,融入群众,深入一线,带着深厚感情做好群众工作。视群众为至爱,把群众放在心中最高位置。人民群众是我们党的执政之基、力量之源。当前少数党员干部工作存在机关化、衙门化倾向,与群众感情越来越疏远,甚至站在了群众对立面。我们必须强化思想政治教育,牢树群众观点,做到思想上尊重群众,感情上贴近群众。
At present, our country is in a period of social transition, with a prominent period of contradictions. The people’s interests and demands are diverse and their concepts are diverse. We need our deepening of the masses, integration into the masses, deepening of the front line and doing mass work with profound feelings. Depending on the masses are loved, the masses on the highest position in mind. The people are the foundation and the source of our party’s ruling power.
