要推广科技成果和发现人才必须做好科技成果的鉴定。科技成果主要分为理论性成果和技术性成果。其鉴定标准是创造性、先进性、实用性、可靠性和经济性。我所取得的科技成果大多通过了鉴定,很多已定型转产并在海军装备建设和国民经济建设中推广应用,取得了明显的社会经济效益。对鉴定基本要求是评价准确、方式简单、费用经济、能收到实效。
To promote scientific and technological achievements and discovering qualified personnel must make scientific and technological achievements appraisal. Scientific and technological achievements are mainly divided into theoretical achievements and technical achievements. The identification criteria are creativity, advancedness, practicality, reliability and economy. Most of the scientific and technological achievements that I have obtained have passed appraisal. Many of them have been stereotyped and have been put into production and have been popularized and applied in naval equipment construction and national economic construction with obvious social and economic benefits. The basic requirements of the appraisal is to evaluate accurately, the way is simple, the cost is economical, can receive the actual effect.
